PERSONAL COLLECTIONS

The colour is descriptive.
Black and white is interpretive.

In 1994, during the darkest autumn of my life, I loaded a camera with my first roll of 35mm black and white film. Instead of drawing inspiration from great photographers and filmmakers, my muse was (and still is!) the personal soulseeking and existential questions as well as struggles and wisdom found in the works of authors like Kafka, Camus, Hesse, Dostoevsky, Huxley, Orwell, and many others. Since then, photography – those fleeting slices of frozen time – has been intertwined with my life, becoming a direct complement to my creativity, philosophy, and daily contemplation of the world around us. On this page, you’ll discover an ever-expanding collection of my personal work – a visual narrative that I hope sparks your imagination and invites thoughtful reflection.
